Going into our third camp, the jury is in about our ability to deliver the most comprehensive shooting camp an& 3-point competition in the state of Arizona. We have trained one of our students to become the 2013 Division I 3-point shooting leader and we can do the same for you. Our other students have become some of the best shooters in Arizona ending the 2012-13 season with stellar numbers. The Talent was out in full display at the All Arizona Combine Showcase presented bySouthwest Showcase and ArizonaVarsity.com. The best basketball players in the state of Arizona had the chance to display their talents and abilities in the dunk contest sponsored by RiseUp Athletics and the three point contest sponsored by Dick's Sporting Goods.

The shooting competition is designed to identify the top shooters in the Valley. Residents from the Phoenix Metro area are welcome to attend the ongoing competition.
If you think you have what it takes to challenge some of the top shooters in Arizona, come down and display your talent.
Congratulations to 14 year old Marco Morales winner of the first Junior Hoops shooting competition. Marco will be attending Chandler High School and is currently playing for the Arizona All-Stars.

The shooting competition is designed to identify the top shooters in the East Valley. Residents from all Phoenix Metro areas are welcome to attend. Registration begins at 6pm and the competition will start at 6:30pm and go until 8:30pm.
A referee will be in attendance and scoreboard will be used to track the player's shots made. If you think you have what it takes to challenge some of the top shooters in the Eas Valley, come down and display your talent.

Local youth basketball shooting stars ages 9 - 18 will have the opportunity to participate in the inaugural Arizona Youth Basketball Elite Shooting Camp & Challenge. This state-wide basketball skills camp and competition will provide boys and girls the opportunity to both train and to showcase their basketball shooting abilities in a series of shots taken from various angles to include the free-throw line and 3-point line. The camp & challenge will focus on basketball shooting skills development while encouraging participation in the game.
Gordon Brown, co-founder of Precision Hoops Basketball Academy, will be conducting the shooting camp aspect of the event. Gordon Brown is also the inventor of Shoot4Touch, a shooting glove designed to train the proper positioning of the hand and fingers in order to shoot the ball correctly while doing it with a training tool that is both affordable and gets results.
The camp & shooting challenge initiative will be conducting interviews for those interested in hosting the elite camp & challenge for the area's youth. Participants will be categorized by grade levels and winners of each local shooting competition will have the opportunity to advance to a city competition. Winners of each city competition will move on to district competitions occurring across the state in hopes of advancing to the State Finals in Phoenix, Arizona.

Local youngsters ages 9 to 14 have the opportunity to participate in the Inaugural iHoops Skills Challenge. This national basketball skills competition provides boys and girls a free opportunity to showcase their basketball abilities in a time-based, half-court obstacle course. The iHoops Skills Challenge focuses on basketball skill development while encouraging participation in the game.
The Longview Neighborhood Recreation Center will host a free iHoops Skills Challenge Local Competition for area youth. This event will take place on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 10:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. at the Longview Neighborhood Recreation Center (4040 North 14th Street).
Participants may register the day of the event and must bring a copy of their birth certificate and complete a registration/waiver form prior to the start of the competition. A copy of the registration/waiver form is available online at www.iHoops.com/skillschallenge.
1st Place Champions from this Local Competition will have the opportunity to advance to one (1) of twenty-nine (29) Regional Competitions occurring in NBA team markets across the country in hopes of advancing to the National Finals in Orlando, Florida.
